JEM Development Group, LLC are the servants called to help in these unprecedented times. In the wake of a pandemic, the economy in recovery, and the lack of residential rental and purchasing inventory. We were birthed to fulfill the assignment that the LORD has commissioned us to do when advesrsity presents itself and that's HELP.
JEM Development Group, LLC is a real estate investment group on a mission to help fill the backlog of rental and residential homes. We specialize in acquiring vacant land to build multifamily and/or single family homes for rental or purchasing purposes.
